Just yesterday, I was informed that my visa renewal was approved. I don’t know details yet, but I assume it’s for one more year.
One more year to come up with Plan B, because let’s be honest: those 30 million yen capital for the business will not materialize.
And I always hated working on a Plan B. Because surely, if you spend all that time and energy on Plan A, you wouldn’t need Plan B in the first place, right?
One more year. Wish me good ideas…
I feel like the 30 million yen capital is comparatively the smaller problem. Having consistent enough income to afford an employee seems to me like a much bigger hurdle. I am keeping fingers crossed that they come up with some better plans – especially for long-term residents with no faults against them. 🙏🏻
You do have a point there! Having an employee means to double my income every month – and on top of that, there’s the cost for the new office “outside”.
On the other hand, those 30 million, once acquired, can go towards expenses. It’s not as if they have to sit there in some bank account indefinitely.
Anyway, still praying that they’ll come up with better (read: less expensive) ideas soon.
